Thoth AI ("the App") is built with privacy at its core. The App runs entirely on your device using on-device language models. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.

Your documents never leave your device. We have no ability to access, read, or retrieve any content you import into the App.
The App may download AI model files from third-party repositories (such as Hugging Face) when you choose to install a model. These downloads are standard HTTPS requests to fetch publicly available model weights. No personal data is transmitted during this process.
Thoth AI does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App does not share any data with third parties.
Thoth AI does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Since we collect no user data, we have no means to notify you directly of changes.
